This is a guide to starting the most quests in the shortest amount of time after starting a new game.

This guide is not for Ultimate Ironmen as it uses Banks.
When you first land on the main land, you are in front of Lumbridge Castle.
Equip either the sword and shield or the bow and arrows.
Follow the path north and talk to the Ranged, Melee and Magic Tutors.
Ask the Ranged tutor to toggle ammo equip to automatically equip.
Drop your air and mind runes, Claim runes from the magic tutor then pickup the runes you dropped.
Go to the Shop, sell the bronze dagger you made on Tutorial Island and buy a spade.

Quest Time

Go into the bar to the east and talk to Veos to start X Marks the Spot, read the scroll he gives you.
Follow the path south to the side of the building just south of the castle entrance and dig infront of the west window, Read the scroll you get.
Go in the church and talk to Father Aereck to start The Restless Ghost
Go inside the castle walls, around the back of the castle to where the scroll tells you and dig to get an orb.
Go into the kitchen and talk to the cook to start Cook's Assistant, grab a pot from the table.
Go down the trapdoor and grab a bucket.
Go up the ladder, up the stairs once and to the north bedroom.
Talk to Duke Horacio to start Rune Mysteries, you get an Air Talisman.
Go up the stairs and use the bank. Deposit everything except 1 Pot and 1 Bucket.

Start walking

Head back down to the kitchen and take a second pot
Go out the back of the castle and head north.
Enter the house on the west side of the sheep field and talk to Fred the Farmer to start Sheep Shearer, you get a pair of sheers.
Go north into the chicken pen and grab an egg.
Go west to the Wheat field and pick 2 grain.
Go into the mill and climb the ladder to the top floor.
Click on the hopper to put the grain in it then the hopper controls to run it through the machine. Repeat for the second grain.
Go back down and click on the flower bin to fill your pots with flour.
Go north into the cow field and click on the dairy cow to fill your bucket with milk.
Head back south to the sheep field and collect a full load of 23 wool. (If you don't have room, you will have to come back and get more.)
Go back to the castle kitchen and give the milk, egg and flour to the cook.
Cook's Assistant finished, +1 QP, +300 Cooking XP
Go up the stairs to the south bedroom and use the spining wheel to spin the wool into balls.
Go up to the bank, deposit everything and withdraw 20 balls of wool, the Orb and a spade
Return to Fred the Farmer and give him the balls of wool.
Sheep Shearer finished, +1 QP, +150 Crafting XP, 60 coins
Follow the road west and turn south after the large wheat field.
In the clearing south of the large wheat field (by Leela), click on the orb and dig when it is "visibly shaking" (move around and click again if it is not) to get another scroll.
Read the scroll and head west to the pig pen. Dig in the pig pen to get a chest.
Go west around the wall and south to the first dock. Talk to Veos and give him the chest.
X Marks the Spot finished, +1 QP, +Lamp, 200 coins, clue scroll.

Karamja

Just north of Veos is Redbeard Frank, talk to him to start Pirate's Treasure
Go south on the docks to the blue sailors, pay the fare to go to Karamja.
Head west to the bar and buy 1 Karamja Rum from Zambo.
Continue west and take the rope.
Go north and pick bananas, 10 minimum but more for selling later.
Go east and talk to Luthas, use the rum on the crate outside then fill it with bananas.
Talk to Luthas again to get paid. Ask him where the bananas go.
Take more bananas and rope but keep 2 spaces open.
Take the boat back to the mainland.
Go into the fishing shop, take a white apron from the back wall and put it on.
Head south to the food shop and talk to Wydin to get a job there.
Go into the back room and search the crate with the banana on it.
Return to Redbeard Frank and give him the rum.
Next to the second boat with the monks is a Bank Deposit Box, deposit the key, bananas and rope. Keep coins and the spade

The Witch

Go north west to Betty's Magic Emporium and buy an eye of newt
Go north east through the chicken house to the cow pen. Kill a cow and take the raw beef (or just take a raw beef if others are killing cows).
Use the raw beef on the fireplace, you need it to burn. If it cooks properly, use the cooked beef on the fireplace again to burn it.
Head back out to the road, follow it west past the wizards and take the south road to the cabbage/onion field. Pick 5 (or more) onions and 3 (or more) cabbages.
Continue on the road south go to the south east building with the green cauldron.
Talk to Hetty to start Witch's Potion
Kill a rat in the arrow shop to get a rat's tail.
Return to Hetty and drink from the cauldron.
Witch's Potion finished +1 QP, +325 Magic XP

Into the Swamp

Use Lumbridge Home Teleport to return to Lumbridge.
Go up to the bank, deposit everything and take out the Air Talisman.
Head down and out the front of the castle and follow the road south.
Talk to Abigale to start Misthalin Mystery
This is a long quest, use the wiki walkthrough.
Misthalin Mystery Finished, +1 QP, +600 Crafting XP, 3 Gems
Return to the mainland and follow the coast west until you get to Father Urnhey's house.
Talk to him to get the Ghostpeak Amulet, equip it.
Return to Lumbridge either by walking or Lumbridge Home Teleport.
Go to the building south of the church and open the coffin.
Talk to the ghost

Mage Tower

Head west to the Mage Tower, either through the swamp or the safer way through the castle.
Go up the stairs to the top floor and talk to Wizard Mizgog to start Imp Catcher
Go back down and then down the ladder.
Talk to Sedridor, give him the Air Talisman and get the Research Package.
Go to the alter and take the skull. Run from the skeleton.
Go up and out of the Mage Tower.

Draynor Manor

Head north to Draynor bank and deposit everything. Take out the Ghost's Skull and a spade.
Speak to Morgan in his house in Draynor Village, just north of Ned's house to start Vampyre Slayer
Go upstairs and get some garlic from the cupboard.
Follow the road north all the way up to Draynor Manor and talk to Veronica to start Ernest the Chicken
Durring the quest and as you leave the Manor, pickup the Bronze med helm and buckets that spawn by the back door. You will need 1 helm and lots of buckets.

Ernest the Chicken Finished, +4 QP, +300 coins
Return to Lumbridge either by walking or Lumbridge Home Teleport.
Go back to the building south of the church, open the coffin and use the Ghost's Skull on the coffin.
The Restless Ghost Finished, +1 QP, 1125 Prayer XP

Al Kharid

Go east from Lumbridge castle across the river and pay the toll at the gate.
Head south east to the main building and talk to Hassan to start Prince Ali Rescue
Go out and talk to Osman.
Fill your buckets with water from the well.
If you have money, talk to Karim and buy kebabs, they are good food and sell in the GE for 30+
Bank and deposit everything. Take out the Research Package, the Chest Key, bronze pickaxe and some coins

Varrock

Head north following the fence on the desert side. When you get to the road, continue north to the mine.
Mine 5 (or more) copper ore and 1 (or more) tin ore.
North west of the mine are some bushes with berries on them, pick all the redberries and 1 (or more) cadava berries
Follow the east wall north and go into Varrock.
Bank the ore and redberries.
In the building north of the bank, attack the dummy until you get level 8 attack. Safe, easy XP.
Head south of the bank, talk to Aubury and give him the Research Package.
Talk to him again and get the Notes.
Go north west to the center of Varrock. Talk to Romeo to start Romeo & Juliet
Go west out of Varrock to the mansion. Go upstairs and talk to Juliet and get the message.
Return to Romeo and give him the message.
Talk to Gypsy Aris to start Demon Slayer
Talk to Thessalia and buy a pink skirt.
Go to the north east church in Varrock and talk to Father Lawrence.
Go to the south west part of Varrock and talk to the Apothecary, give them the cadava berries to get the potion.
Go to the bar east of the Apothecary and buy a beer.
Talk to Dr Harlow until he gives you a stake.
Go upstairs and use the Chest Key on the chest in the south west room. Search the chest to get the Pirate Message.
Return to Juliet, talk to her and give her the potion.
One last time, talk to Romeo
Romeo & Juliet Finished, +5 QP

Mine Time

Follow the west side of the Varrock's wall south to the mine.
Mine 6 clay (or more).
Go north to the Grand Exchange and buy 2 Iron Ore. (Ironmen will need to get their mining to 15 to mine it themselves.)

On the way to Falador

Make sure you have 2 Iron Ore, 5 Copper Ore, 1 tin ore, 6 Clay, the Pirate message and a spade
Head west of Varrock and cross the bridge to the Barbarian Village.
In the great hall there are 3 beers on the tables, take them.
Continue west along the road to the Stone Signpost and take the northwest road to Doric's house.
Talk to Doric to start (and finish) Doric's Quest
Doric's Quest Finished +1 QP, +1300 Mining XP, +180 coins
Follow the road south and take the south road at the Stone Signpost to get to Falador.
Once inside the walls, go east into the garden and dig 5 steps in front of the Statue of Saradomin.
Kill or run from the Gardener.
Dig in the same spot to finish the quest.
Pirate's Treasure Finished, +2 QP, Treasure Chest (contains a gold ring, an emerald, and 450 coins)
Go east to the building on the otherside of the pond.
Talk to Wyson the gardener and buy 2 woad leaves from him.
Go to the courtyard of Falador Castle and talk to the Squire to start The Knight's Sword.
Go up the west stairs and up the other stairs.
Talk to Sir Amik Varze to start Black Knights' Fortress. Read the dossier.
Go back down, out of the castle.
Use the Furnace to make 1 (or more) bronze bars.
Go upstairs and get a hammer.
Go south following the moat until you get to the Chainmail shop.
Talk to Wayne and buy an Iron Chainbody.

Back to Draynor

Go southwest out of Falador to Draynor. Kill an imp on your way and collect its ashes.
Go to the bank and deposit everything. Withdraw 3 balls of wool, 2 woad leaves, 4 redberries, 4 onions, ashes, pot of flour, 2 bucket of water, clay and coins.
Talk to Leela by the wheat field to get details for Prince Ali Rescue.
Talk to Aggie in the house with the blue cauldron. Ask her to make you a skin paste.
Use the Woad on Aggie to make blue dye, redberries to make red dye and make 2 yellow dyes with the onions.
Talk to Ned and ask him to make a wig. Use a yellow dye on the wig to make it blonde.
Use the red dye on the yellow dye to make orange dye.
Use the water on the clay to make soft clay.
Go to the bank and deposit everything. Withdraw the Notes, 1 bronze bar, 1 soft clay, 3 beers, rope, pink skirt, wig, paste and coins.
Rest so you have run energy. Equip defensive armor and take food if you don't want to fight.
Go east of the bank to the jail, avoid the guards, go inside and close the door so they can't get you.
Talk to Lady Keli until you get an imprint of the key.
Go out and south to the Wizard tower.
Go down the ladder and give the Notes to Sedridor.
Rune Mysteries Finished, +1 QP, Opens Runecrat skill, Air Talisman

Back to Al Kahrid

Walk or use Lumbridge Home Teleport to return to Lumbridge and go east to Al Kahrid.
Talk to Osman and give him the bronze bar and key mould.

Back to Draynor again

Make your way back to Draynor and talk to Leela again.
Go back into the jail as before and close the door behind you.
Use the beer on Joe to get him drunk and out of the way.
Use the Rope on Lady Keli.
Open the Prison Door and talk to Prince Ali.

Back to Al Kahrid again

Walk or use Lumbridge Home Teleport to return to Lumbridge and go east to Al Kahrid.
Talk to Hassan
Prince Ali Rescue Finished, +3 QP, +700 coins, free pass at the gate between Lumbridge and Al Kahrid
